Congratulations to KNEEBODY and the Theo Bleckmann Project
for their Grammy nomination for "Twelve Songs By Charles Ives."
There is NDP "Tour Only" support for Barak Marshall's MONGER,
touring the U.S. in July 2010 and late April-June, 2011.
As well, Barak's new work, ROOSTER,
will be available in 10-11 as well.
Both projects are produced by Yair Vardi and the Suzanne Dellal Center in Tel Aviv.

Joni Mitchell's The Fiddle and The Drum

See this show in Seattle, Irvine, or Los Angeles this February. .We are seeking January/February 2011 venues in the East and Southeast). Production Director Harry Paterson will be on hand at APAP to answer questions and to discuss ELTON, which premieres in May, 2010 in Calgary.

presents Weaveworld, a pure fiction fantasy thriller in a sweeping account of human behavior in its most extreme manifestations. Based on the book of Weaveworld, from British painter, writer and film producer Clive Barker. Over 45 Giant puppets characters on stage.U.S. tour is in October/November 2010.

Leine & Roebana offers the double bill footNote ('07) + Ascent ('09) by Andrea Leine and Harijono Roebana. The DVD is now available. The company tours throughout Europe this season. Touring the U.S. in 10-11.

BJM tours Europe this month. Annabelle Lopez Ochoa's Zip Zap Zoom and Locked Up Laura are now on DVD! We are looking for block dates in June/July,September 2010 and for 10-11, February, April-June is available.

Liss Fain Dance launched the International Dance Exchange-Artists (IDEA); a series of exchanges with international choreographers. Next collaboration is with Dansgroep Amsterdam.

Perla just toured Northern California with her Christmas show. She is working with David Batteau on a new album to be released in early 2010.Summer festivals are now available, and a Canadian and Northwest USA tour is being created for September 2010.

YUVAL RON
Yuval's Seeker of Truth will be touring in 10-11, November in the southwest and April/May in the northwest. Performances can include a belly dancer and/or whirling dervish.

ON ENSEMBLE
ON offers a collaboration with Patrick Graham in the east in January 2011. At the end of that month, ON has avails in the northern U.S. Taiko 2.0 follows with avails in February-March, 2011.
EL VEZ
El Vez is touring his XMAS show this month. He returns to Teatro Zinzanni in San Francisco this winter, and is available for summer festivals.
ORCHID ENSEMBLE
Orchid Ensemble has block availability in Canada this summer, and in the Southwest in October, 2010. There have been several requests to bring Ghost Project to the U.S. in Spring 2011.

LOUISE LECAVALIER
Premiering in 09-10, and touring the U.S. in 2010/11, DV8's Nigel Charnock creates "Children" for Louise and Patrick LaMothe. This month she is in the studio with Édouard Lock to reinvent selected duets he created for her while with La La La Human Steps. New dates to see the works together are coming in for May and June in Montreal and Europe.
MONGER
Barak Marshall's MONGER is a physical-theater work for 10 dancers, MONGER tells the story of a group of servants, trapped in the basement of an abusive mistress's house. The score for MONGER combines elements of Gypsy, Balkan with classical and rock music. NDP subsidy is available. Touring the U.S. in July 2010 and late April/May-June, 2011. Also available is Barak's latest work, ROOSTER.

DO JUMP! EXTREMELY PHYSICAL THEATER
Do Jump's new show, Tiger Lilly and Sunny Lu: Cirque du Chat includes trampoline, furniture, flying human cat toys and live music from rock and roll to classical. Artful athletic and hilarious, Tiger Lilly and Sunny Lu is great for audiences of all ages.
ULTIMA VEZ
Ultima Vez's nieuwZwart is receiving accolades woldwide, and will tour the U.S. in fall, 2011. Ask for a DVD!
